This policy explains which data Perkscreen collects, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws.

Data we collect

Name and email of whoever creates an account, organization details and, for paid plans, billing information.

In a campaign, participants provide the data it asks for (such as name, email or WhatsApp) and their form answers, always with consent.

We use the data to provide the service, issue coupons, build reports for whoever publishes the campaign and send account communications.

Participation data is available to the organization that owns the campaign. We also rely on hosting, video, email and payment providers.

We keep the data while the account or the campaign exists, or for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time.
